How we do it - Refurbishments

- Carefully disassemble fixtures to determine what is reusable
- Recycle any unusable material or electronic waste
- CAD model reusable components
- Build upon this model to give the fixture a new lease on life with minimal new materials implemented
- New materials are sourced sustainably and designed to be recyclable at end of life
- Fixture is reassembled in a way that allows for easy repair and retrofit in future
- Fixture is delivered to the client with a 5 year warranty and a guarantee we will recycle the fixture at end of life for no charge

 

How we do it - Custom Design/Development

- Meetings are held with the client to discuss their vision and devise a concept
- The concept is modelled by the team and presented to the client
- Further meetings are held to refine the design until a final iterations is agreed on
- The design is modelled and rendered, a design prototype is made
- The final renders and physical prototype are presented to the client for final approval
- Once approved, materials are sustainable sourced and the product is manufactured
- Products are tested and inspected by the team for QA
- Once passed, delivery to the client is made
