Blending years of expertise with our aversion to wasteful design, Eulum Design Custom is bucking the trend. Our core philosophy allows us to design and develop bespoke fixtures and custom retrofits while heavily reducing the environmental impact of lighting. Eulum Design Custom is committed to reducing waste at every turn, we salvage any components we can and use only sustainable, recyclable materials whenever possible, with a goal of sending nothing to landfill. We accomplish this with two powerful tools, a philosophy and a guarantee.

Our Promise:
All Eulum Design Custom products will be guaranteed for 5 years against failure. After this period, any Eulum Design Custom product may be returned to us, where we guarantee to reuse or recycle the entire product without charge.

Our Process
Eulum Design Custom is staffed by a small team of skilled experts who take personal responsibility for every product. While working with us to realise your vision, you will have a personal representative whom you may contact at any time with questions or ideas, no ‘please email our generic account and we aim to respond within 1-2 business days’.
As a result, we are happy to have you as involved in the design and development process as you see fit. We aim to hold regular meetings with our clients to discuss design developments and ensure your ideas are realised, involving the creation of 3D drawings, renders and physical prototypes.
After receiving your approval, Eulum will manufacture according to the agreed design, selecting materials from recycled or sustainable resources whenever possible.
The manufacturing process is optimised to reduce waste, allow for the inclusion of reused materials where possible and repeated quality assurance testing. Following this, the products will be assembled in a way that allows a skilled worker to easily disassemble them to maximise repairability, allowing our design solutions to continue to function well beyond their expected lifespan.
Every Eulum Design Custom product is put through rigorous testing by hand. These are then inspected one last time before being packaged in sustainable materials for delivery to the client with a 5 year guarantee and a promise of free, end-of -life sustainable disposal.

Our services don’t just extend to new designs however, here at Eulum Design Custom, we are experts in renewing existing fixtures and giving them a new lease of life. Through a process of careful disassembly and cleaning, our team will salvage your old fixtures, update them with highly efficient, cutting edge LEDs and upgrade them with modern, wireless control. These improvements will not only revolutionise the way you use your space, but help you reduce your bills and emissions with smart lighting control.
