The coronavirus pandemic has forced lighting companies to think seriously about how they get their product in font of potential specifiers. Just how do you do that when no one’s allowed to leave their own home, and even if you’re happy to travel, will there be designers and engineers at the other end of the journey who are happy to entertain you?

We spoke to Katey Fitten at Remote Controlled Lighting (RCL). If there was ever a company that needed to come up with an answer to this puzzle its one that depends on the ability to demonstrate how there products actually work.
