Over the summer we’ve been busy introducing new features requested by lighting designers. I can’t thank you enough for your suggestions. Please keep them coming – Spektd is what designers need it to be!
A small but very popular request was: quickly find the environmental attributes like TM66. You can now filter products by TM66 score and more. This small change allows us designers to focus on circular economy in product selection and really has the potential to make a big difference
Lighting designers asked us to help provide more accessible environmental data for products. We thought this was a brilliant idea and have now introduced an environmental/TM66 search filter along with the ability to download environmental data.
Designers now need more manufacturers to provide accessible environmental product data. If the design community continue to push for this data, more manufacturers will provide it. Let’s do this. . .
