The singlemost important thing about creating a Circular Economy will be the process that we find to close the loop – bridging from the situation that we presently call ‘end-of-life’ to a practical re-purposing of the luminaire. Its not something that the industry has ever really done; after all, who wants to buy second-hand light fittings?
